Event Details

  • Date: Sunday, October 25, 2026

  • Choreography Workshop: 11:00 AM–12:30 PM

  • Filming Begins: 1:30 PM

  • Song: “Body” by Don Toliver

  • Style: Sexy hip-hop

  • Location: 119R Foster Street, Building 13, Suite 2C, Peabody, MA 01960

  • Parking: Free parking is available

  • Price: $120 per soloist

The workshop and filming will take place in the same location, so there is no need to travel between the two portions of the experience.

Step Into the Spotlight

Learn original choreography created exclusively for this Dance Film Experience, then step in front of the camera to film your own solo performance.

Some dancers join us to create new content, add footage to their dance portfolio, reconnect with performing, or experience something new. Whatever brings you into the room, this is your opportunity to learn, perform, connect with other dancers, and leave with a professionally filmed video that captures your individual movement, energy, and personality.

What’s Included

  • 90-minute choreography workshop with founder Rebecca Juarez

  • Original choreography created exclusively for this Dance Film Experience

  • Sexy hip-hop choreography set to “Body” by Don Toliver (some floorwork included!)

  • Professional choreography guidance throughout the workshop

  • One professionally filmed solo performance

  • Vertical video framing designed for social media, dance reels, auditions, and personal portfolios

  • Your solo delivered as an individual raw, unedited video file

  • Video delivered within [DELIVERY TIMELINE]

What Should I Wear?

Choose an outfit that reflects your personality, photographs well, and makes you feel confident on camera. Knee pads welcome for floorwork!)

You may perform in sneakers or wear heels for an extra challenge. If you choose heels, please select dance heels that you can move in safely and comfortably. We recommend bringing your filming shoes to the workshop so you can rehearse in the same shoes you plan to wear on camera.

You will have a break between the workshop and filming to refresh your hair and makeup, change clothes, eat a snack, and prepare for your solo.

Is This Experience Right for Me?

This experience is for dancers who want to learn choreography, perform for the camera, and create something that feels uniquely their own.

You do not need professional filming experience. Rebecca will guide you through the choreography during the workshop so you understand the movement, musicality, and performance quality before stepping in front of the camera.

Come ready to learn, have fun, support the dancers around you, and bring your personality to the choreography. By the end of the experience, you’ll leave with new memories and a professionally filmed solo that is yours to keep and share.
